Import – Export Staff ( Male Candidate Only – Fresh Staff Can be Considered)

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

BROAD SCOPE

– Documentation issuance, track & trace, booking & supervising the whole process

RESPONSIBILITIES

– To control the monthly/weekly/daily forecast

– To make booking plan according to such FC

– To control customs & trucking procedures

– To issue Docs ( HAWB , Pre-Alert…) in system.

– To send pre-alert to overseas partner and related parties.

– To control all docs ( IV,PL, HAWB, MAWB, Pre-alert…).

– To track & trace air shipment, update schedule to related parties.

– To make related reports (daily, weekly, handling, …)

– To finish other tasks assigned by Manager.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

– At least 01 – 02 years of working experience in Import & Export procedure (fresh staff can be considered)

– Fresh staff also can be considered

– Good communication skills both in Vietnamese & ENGLISH.

— Ability to work under high pressure, can work over time and work on shift

Good common sense, a strong work ethic, self-motivation, a high level of integrity and excellent communication skills are required to be considered in this team-oriented fast-paced culture

– Proficiency in office applications (excel, word)

– Preferred knowledge: SAP (not required)

– Support company’s bus to pick up staffs from Hanoi and other Provinces
